About Us:
Dorbiere Pub Group operates 42 pubs across the North East, North West, and Midlands. We are dedicated to creating welcoming, community-focused pubs that are at the heart of local life. We are seeking passionate, experienced, and motivated pub managers to join our team and help us continue to drive success at one of our North East sites.

The Venues:
Metropolitan Bar
: A good size traditional local featuring pub games, entertainment, Live sports, and a beer garden close to the city center and St James Park.
Royal Consort
: A proper community local featuring pub games, entertainment, live sport and a beer garden close to Deepdale stadium the home of Preston N.E
What We Offer:
Competitive pay:
You'll earn 18.5% of the wet net sales every week, plus a monthly bonus for meeting targets.
Profitable food operation:
The food service if applicable requires a small investment from you, and all profits from food are yours to keep.
Business support:
We provide all the tools you need to succeed, including stock, promotional materials, marketing support, team sponsorship, and food menu development.
Full business coverage:
We cover all your business bills, including Sky, B.T, horse racing, business rates, utilities, entertainment, repairs, maintenance, stock, glassware, and more.
Live-in positions:
Enjoy on-site accommodation at the pub.
Security bond:
A small security bond is required.
Ideal Candidate:
A driven, experienced pub manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service and community-focused operations.
Must have experience in managing pubs, driving business performance, and maintaining high standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
