Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food service. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and production. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operations. Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, hospitality skills, and customer service. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production. Previous supervisory experience is essential; team management skills are highly valued. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required. Experience in kitchen operations, including barista or hotel experience, is advantageous. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on developing team members' skills. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike. A passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
