We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality or food service establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the daily activities of the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth operations. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards. Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to foster a motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards across all areas. Assist in training new employees in food production, service procedures, and safety protocols. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and effectively. Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and procurement of ingredients or supplies. Uphold organisational policies related to cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards within the establishment.

Skills



Proven experience in supervising teams within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively. Sound understanding of food safety regulations and standards. Experience in food production, serving, or barista work is advantageous. Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently under pressure. Exceptional communication skills to liaise with staff and customers professionally. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable; culinary experience is a plus. Pay: 14.35 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
