Duties

Lead and supervise a team of staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Oversee daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring high-quality culinary output. Train and mentor staff in bartending, culinary skills, and hospitality best practices. Develop schedules for team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain service excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or culinary industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Experience in bartending or kitchen operations is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
