The Tally Ho in Broughton is currently looking to recruit a talented and dynamic hands on Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the pub Manager and the Management Committee to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience working in hospitality. A natural host with a friendly, approachable manner who is customer focused and a people person. An eye for detail to create, improve and maintain high standards. A team player with a hands approach and attitude.
Your role:

Deputise for the manager when they are absent from the business. Assist with stock take and stock control. Assist the manager with staffing recruitment/training. Any other duties as and when requested. Ensure internal compliance with company policies as set out within the policy. Dealing with customers complaints, and rectifying where possible. Addressing problems and trouble shooting.
This position is for approximately 40 hours a week.
