Responsibilities:
- General manager overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, pub and rooms
- Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring excellent customer service
- Help with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during shifts
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Full inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the duel sits manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Culinary background or experience is highly desirable

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
