The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting Pub Team Members to work in our Last Drop Pub

About the role

The Pub Team Member will welcome guests and provide a high standard of bar work including cocktail making.

The role will involve providing a friendly and personalised welcome for guests and be constantly attentive to their needs. Knowing all the bar and menu products (preparation instructions) and avoid waste and loss of merchandise. Managing the stock and set up for the bar in line with company standards. Ensuring equipment remains in good condition and applying the procedures for opening and closing point of sale.

We have 135 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms.
