We are seeking an hard working, energetic and detail-oriented Pub Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional food and beverage service. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Your leadership will be key to creating a lively pub experience that keeps guests coming back.
Supervise daily pub operations, including service, and cleanliness standards, opening and closing of the pub.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high-quality customer service
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties during shifts
Proven supervising and management experience within the food service or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry regulations
Leadership skills in team management, training & development, and shift supervision
Background in casual dining or pub environments is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
