The Role

We are looking for individuals who understand and have experience within PR and ideally the investment spaces that we operate in and are able to understand the ambition and aims of our funds.

You will be responsible for developing the PR strategy for Fuel Ventures and its portfolio companies. This will range from promoting new investments and funding rounds into companies and also aligning about the successes of Fuel Ventures and its portfolio via multiple channels.

This role will be reporting to the Operations Manager and indirectly to the Managing Partner.

What will you be doing?

  • Design and execute on the PR strategies across multiple portfolio companies through various channels, such as press releases, media outreach, social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and portfolio founders to produce content, articles, press releases, pitches, web and relevant social media content.
  • Drive service demand via multi-channel digital, social and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Actively seek out networking opportunities and attend events which will enhance Fuel Ventures reputation within the industry.
  • Work with the Fuel Ventures team to expand their personal brand across their relevant area of expertise.
  • Establish relationships with key members of the media to increase the visibility of Fuel Ventures and its investments
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of each campaign.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as a PR or Communications Manager
  • Own \xe2\x80\x98black book\xe2\x80\x99 of PR & Media contacts with existing relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organisational, time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong understanding of using social media for professional purposes
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to gather and interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • High proficiency in writing and editing, with a demonstrated ability to adapt the writing style to different audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in using content management systems, social media platforms, and collaboration tools
  • Utilise AI tools to streamline content writing process and improve overall quality of work.
Hybrid Role

This will be a hybrid role with the expectation to attend the London office once a week. Office address: 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC3V 9DF
