Key Responsibilities

Lead public relations strategy to boost brand visibility and thought leadership across global markets with tailored, data-informed campaigns. Build strong media ties and create press content that highlights the company's innovation in AI, cloud, and digital transformation. Manage public relations efforts for events, product launches, and awards. Boost milestone visibility through media outreach and executive profiling. Develop whitepapers, success stories, and case studies with partners to showcase joint solutions and industry influence. Oversee digital communication on LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs. Create multimedia content and campaigns to grow reach and brand loyalty. Support leadership with clear internal messaging during change. Maintain crisis protocols and guide on reputation risk when needed. Set key performance indicators and track public relations performance. Report on media sentiment, reach, and engagement to refine strategy and show business value.
