Known for its innovative sushi flavors and high-quality ingredients, it has become a favorite among London food enthusiasts. Following the successful operation of our first branch, we are excited to open our second location in London. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Sushi Public Relations Officer to help lead this new venture to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR and communication strategies aligned with the brand positioning of Chinese and Japanese-style sushi, enhancing the company's presence in the UK market. Draft and publish press releases, promotional content, event articles, and media briefs related to the food & beverage industry. Maintain and expand relationships with media, journalists, and partners in the food, dining, and lifestyle sectors. Manage the company's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), boosting online visibility and audience engagement. Plan and execute brand campaigns such as store promotions, new product launches, and sushi culture experiences. Assist in establishing and refining crisis communication mechanisms, ensuring timely responses to public and media inquiries. Monitor public opinion trends in the UK dining market and regularly provide insights and recommendations for brand and PR improvement.
Job Requirements;

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of PR and communication experience in the food, beverage, or related industries. Familiarity with Chinese and Japanese sushi culture and a strong passion for the F&B sector. Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English), both written and spoken. Proficiency in social media management and content planning, with basic data analysis skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of independently planning and executing PR activities. Ability to work under pressure with strong crisis management and problem-solving skills. A valid driving license is preferred.
