Engages with media partners, advertising agencies and other stakeholders through events to enhance the Company's public image.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of PR activities and provides recommendations for improvement.
Assists in planning and delivering promotional events, product launches and community engagement activities.
Monitors media coverage, public sentiment and relevant market developments, providing insights and reporting key findings to management.
Responds to public and media enquiries with accurate and timely information aligned with Company messaging.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience:
Hands-on experience creating or editing multimedia content (e.g., short videos, visuals, promotional materials).
Experience managing or supporting social media accounts and digital content output.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Key Skills:
Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational and project-management abilities.
Ability to produce clear, engaging and brand-aligned content.
Basic data or performance monitoring skills to evaluate PR/marketing activities.
Proficiency with common digital tools (social media platforms, design or video-editing tools).
Desirable:
Experience with live streaming, event production or video documentation.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and online engagement.
Understanding of multicultural and UK market audiences.
