We are a small independent business with approx 18 staff and have been established for over 30 years. We are a friendly pub with an adjoining busy, large capacity alternative nightclub.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of previous bar management experience or 3 years of previous bar supervisor experience.
In addition to normal bar duties, some of the responsibilities for this role include cellar management, dealing with deliveries, keyholder responsibilities, staff rotas, and providing friendly customer service.
The candidate must be self-motivated, have a common-sense attitude and be reliable and trustworthy as the role includes working alone at times and being a responsible decision maker.
The business is currently open from 3pm daily and closes at 11pm (Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays).
The hours can be extremely flexible if desired. It can include at least 1 shift a week in the adjoining nightclub which is open until 2am Thursday through to Saturday in addition to shifts in the pub, and the rota worked out to ensure a good work/life balance.
There is no accommodation with this role therefore a local resident is preferred & interviews are being conducted in person at the venue.
