The White Oak, Brucan Pubs, is recruiting for an experienced hospitality supervisor to work in our pub across dining room, bar & host sections.
We are looking for experienced restaurant and bar supervisors/shift leaders to join the front of house team, deliver excellent service in support of the pub management team.

Our dining room & bar team are the face of the business, we are looking for a guest focused & friendly hospitality supervisor to deliver our great food & beverage with the ability to multi task, organise junior staff and support the managers.

This role requires someone with experience in busy, customer facing positions. We are looking for someone passionate about food & beverage, who is highly organised and a keen problem solver.
Duties will include:
Food & drinks menu and product knowledge
Excellent guest service
Supervising junior staff
Working closely with senior managers
Maintaining and overseeing service standards
Help provide training and development of the team
Opening and closing procedures

40-48 hours per week
