We're looking for a Marketing Executive who will help us bring our pubs to life through bold, creative, and commercially impactful campaigns. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report to the Pubs Marketing Manager and contribute to the delivery of the wider business marketing strategy with a focus on driving footfall and sales across the pub estate Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver the promotional calendar, including seasonal and product-specific campaigns Support in the development and execution of tailored marketing plans for individual pubs and pub clusters, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments Support the development of CRM initiatives and digital partnerships Support the development of the Wireless Social partnership to support the marketing strategy Assist in marketing efforts to support the recruitment of pub team members and licensees Collaborate with the wider marketing department to create engaging content for email, social media, and websites, while coordinating photography, videography, and the production of marketing collateral with internal teams and external agencies Support individual pubs with award entries and promotional activity to enhance brand reputation Carry out general administrative tasks to support the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Passionate about pubs, beer, and hospitality, with a keen eye on industry trends Proven marketing experience, especially across social media, paid media, and digital platforms Skilled in CRM systems and data-driven marketing Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and presenting insights to senior stakeholders Creative thinker with a flair for engaging content and visual storytelling Effective project manager, confident in handling multiple stakeholders and deadlines Commercially aware, with a solid grasp of financials and campaign ROI Excellent communicator with strong influencing and interpersonal skills. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset
