Based in the heart of Dyce, Aberdeen, we design, engineer, and manufacture our own pump systems on-site, providing bespoke chemical injection solutions, pressure test systems, and fluid transfer pumps.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Pump Technician to support our pump technicians in the assembly, servicing, and maintenance of pumps, systems and accessories. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, service, and test pumps, systems, and accessories for sale, service, and rental
Maintain service records on the company's Insphire software system
Complete inspection and final release documents in line with company procedures
Record and report missing or damaged equipment returning from hire
Ensure correct labelling and safe storage of equipment
Receive and process incoming goods from clients and suppliers
Prepare shipments (packing, strapping, wrapping, palletising, crating) and despatch goods to clients
Clean pumps, systems, tools, and accessories for rebuild and testing
Maintain stock levels of pump parts, seals, and consumables
Keep the workshop and yard clean and safe
Follow all QHSE policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
Understanding of tubing, fittings, and working pressures
Competence in coning and threading stainless steel pipework (manual tooling)
Experience with pressure testing
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Awareness of QHSE requirements
Forklift licence
(preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
required
