We currently have the following opportunity:
Pupil Care & Welfare Officer (Fixed Term for 4 Months) - PKC13243
18,619 - 19,623 (30 Hours per week, Term-time only)
Perth Academy
The role requires a restorative, compassionate practitioner who is positive and solution-focused, who understands and has experience of engaging and working successfully with young people.
This is very much a 'boots on the ground' role, supporting in corridors and spaces around the school to reduce, latecoming and improve attendance.
There is an support for families element to the role which involves contacting and supporting parents of pupils for whom we have not received notification of the reasons for absence.
