Salary:

28,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours:

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Location:

Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1SX

What you'll be doing;



To be the first point of contact to receive and respond to telephone enquiries and any mail/email queries from customers relating to the Business unit's services. To assist in the operation of the weighbridge system, ensuring data is inputted correctly. Generate purchase orders and receipt supplier invoices on the payment system. Input weekly wage details into the payroll system and assist with queries. Run weekly and monthly reports to check data accuracy systems Provide holiday / sickness cover for other office personnel. Ensure that Company aims and objectives are met as well as ensuring that duties are completed in an efficient manner with a level of professionalism maintained at all times.

What we're looking for;



Previous Administration experience. Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent. Good planning and organisational skills. A proactive approach A basic understanding of the Google suite
