Day Shift Full time Mon - Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm


The Role:



- Regularly check emails and print off any correspondence. - Correlate all delivery notes to invoices, emailing suppliers if copies are required. File once actioned. - Chase credits that are due from suppliers. - Input purchase invoices and credits onto our bespoke system. - Reconcile supplier statements against the ledger. - Action all supplier pricing queries. - File all invoices and statements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent time management.
