Responsibilities and duties for the role will include -
Resolving supplier queries
Managing and building relationships with our suppliers
Handling enquiries promptly and accurately
. Processing supplier invoices and credits
Responsible for new supplier set up
Following deadlines listed
Answering telephone calls.
. Any other duties that are required in order to support the businesses needs.
Assisting with -
. Supply chain compliance
. Raising supplier purchase orders
Skills and Qualifications -
. Ideally have hire knowledge
. Good at mathematics
. Attention to detail
. Extremely motivated and target driven
Sage experience preferable but not essential
You are organised and can prioritise your workload.
Answer the telephone in a professional manner
Able to work by yourself as well as in a team
Willingness to learn and understand processes/procedures/policies
Good communication skills
Working hours are 9am - 5pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,500.00-29,000.00 per year
