Position

We're looking for a detail-driven

Purchase Ledger Advisor

to play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for precision, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Purchase Ledger Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the finance team across a range of tasks, including:

Invoice Processing:

Accurately process purchase invoices, match them to delivery notes and purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Financial Reporting:

Produce daily and weekly performance reports and prepare monthly employee sales vs. targets reports.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with store and department managers to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
