Job Description
Robert Half is currently recruiting for a experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join a business in Coventry.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years\' experience in:
- Processing paper and e-invoices and credits onto our accounting system
- Arranging approval for payments
- Setting up and checking payment runs
- Dealing with telephone and email queries from suppliers and the wider business
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving reconciling items
- Filing and organising paperwork in a timely, efficient, and organised manner
- Using a computerised ledger system
- Sound educational background
- Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 passes at grade C or above including Maths and English
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Previous Experience of Sage 200 desirable
- Hybrid Working (up to 2 days WFH) on successful completion of 6-month probation
- Salary up to \xc2\xa332,000 a. depending on experience.
- 5% Pension
