Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders, verify pricing, quantities, and terms.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing or international setting.

  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
