Badham Pharmacy, highly commended local family business at the Gloucestershire business awards 2025, is continuing to grow and develop, with the aspiration to become the largest chain of independent Pharmacies.

We are recruiting for a part time purchase ledger clerk at our Bishops Cleeve head office. We have a requirement for 22-27.5 hours per week. Hours can be agreed with the successful candidate but

must include Thursday and Fridays.

To be successful in the role we need someone with the following attributes and skills: -

A can do outcome focused attitude and approach, resourceful and works to make things happen A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through efficient and effective ways of working First class administrative skills and confidence with using technology Experience of Sage preferred Confidence in using excel A minimum of 2 years experience in accounting environment A creative and analytical thinking style, applying tenacity in the face of obstacles A pro-active approach to work and problem solving, and the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur A high level of personal integrity, who displays respect and empathy for others and is consistent, open and honest

The role, whilst being part of a team of 6, will enable the successful candidate to organise and control their own work schedule. The working hours will be flexible and reflect a suitable work, life balance.
