SALARY:

25,000 - 28,000 per annum

We are currently looking to recruit for a Purchase Ledger clerk to help with all duties within the team.





LOCATION

: Nottingham - UK - Hybrid working after understanding of the role





JOB SPECIFICATION:

Purchase Ledger Clerk

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible in supporting the Finance team around the clock to make sure invoices are paid on time! You will be processing supplier invoices and matching them against our PO system aswell as the GRNI (good received not invoiced). You will be required to identify any errors and queries and be tasked in taking this up with suppliers and relevant internal departments. You will be responsible for keying in invoices as well as expenses and account reconciliations.

We are looking for someone that has great organisation skills and to have experience with working in an accounts/purchase ledger team for at least 2 years. Strong communication skills and likes to work as part of a team. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and likes getting results!
