We are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic, established manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have several years' experience within a similar role.

The Role

Process purchase invoices, and purchase orders. Responsible for all payment runs and credit card runs. Manage cash flow for payment runs, prioritising and ensuring project compliance and continuity. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Process employee expense returns. Work with the Directors to oversee and manage individual supplier accounts. Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with mployees, customers and/or suppliers. Create and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, customers and clients and provide assistance where required. Ad-hoc tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth Operation of the Finance Department.

What we are looking for

Purchase Ledger experience, including payment runs. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel SAP experience (Preferred not essential). Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality. High levels of flexibility and adaptability. Work under pressure and to deadlines. Multitask and prioritise workload.
