An exciting opportunity has opened for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our friendly team at Swift Logistics Group based in Newbury, Berkshire.
Duties include:

Ownership of the purchase ledger function including input and reconciliation of purchase invoices
?
Obtaining authorisation of invoices prior to payment
?
Chasing copies of supplier invoices and preparation of supplier payment runs for management approval
?
Liaising with suppliers to resolve any account reconciliation queries
?
Ad hoc general administration duties within the accounts department
The successful candidate will:

Show good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail
?
Sage experience ideal but not essential as full training and support will be given
?
Excel and Word knowledge preferable
