We are looking for a part time purchase ledger clerk to join our admin team in Buckshaw Village, near Chorley.
Flexible hours available.
The job will suit someone looking for a few hours a week (6-8 hours to begin with). Hours to be worked can be flexible around school times, etc. with the possibility of hours increasing seasonally and/or as the company continues to grow.
Main duties are likely to include:
Posting of supplier invoices to Xero
Dealing with suppliers via telephone and email
Reconciling supplier statements
Filing/scanning documents and ad hoc office/admin duties where required
Key qualities that we are looking for in a canditate include:
Good computer literacy skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
A friendly, confident and professional manner
The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Key requirements:
Prior knowledge of Xero (preferred but full training will be given)
Purchase ledger experience (preferred)
Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
