Role & Responsibilities:
This role will be a full time position, working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. You will report to the Finance and HR Manager and will suit someone with some office experience and/or purchase ledger experience (must be 18+).
Some of the duties will include:
Purchase Ledger including processing the monthly pay run
Providing general assistance to the finance team with their multifaceted tasks
Processing documentations into relevant computer systems
Supporting Credit control
Helping to manage the accounts dept emails, dealing with queries as they arise.
Ensure financial records and databases are kept up to date
Ad hoc jobs, including filing, archiving
Possibly assisting the Finance and HR Manager with HR Admin/time sheets and adhoc HR related queries
Person Specification:
Computer literate (Essential)
Good knowledge of IT packages- MS Excel, Word, Outlook or similar (Essential)
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Will need to be confident, motivated and have a professional manner.
Will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills and be willing to learn plus show an appetite to progress within the role.
Accuracy & attention to detail.
Suited for an individual who wants an opportunity to work in accounts/office.
Excellent work ethic, honest and diligent
Clean DBS check will be required.
Located within easy travel distance to Harlow
