As a an experienced "Purchase Ledger clerk" who is

FLUENT Italian and English

, you will be working with a small team of 4 in the UK who are part of the Italian Head Office. Our client is a logistics business whose clients are in the fresh food sector.

The "Purchase Ledger Clerk" / "Accounts Payable clerk" will be responsible for:

Keeping on top of supplier payments Processing upwards of 20 invoices per month on Sage or Xero Checking with colleagues in the UK and Italy that the transport tarrifs are correct Checking VAT is correct Inter company invoicing Bank reconciliations
"Fluent Italian" AND "Fluent English"
