The Finance team is led by Finance Director Rob Sutherland, alongside managers Emma George and Mike Reuben and a team of eight based at our Kidderminster office. You'll be working closely with our current Purchase Ledger Clerk.

You will have a significant influence on your own development, and be strongly encouraged and supported to get involved in various aspects of support our team provide.

Day to day, you'll be successful in this role by...



evidencing previous experience within a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk role. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established Finance team, working closely with key stakeholders, adopting a hands-on approach to help the firm achieve its financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Managing external suppliers.

2. Processing invoices.

3. Monitoring and processing supplier payments.

4. Maintaining confidentiality of accounts.

5. Processing expenses.

Requirements:



Previous purchase ledger experience. Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising/organising high volumes of work. Experience of working in a similar Finance environment and knowledge of the legal sector would be beneficial.
