Purchase Ledger Clerk/ Receptionist - Beechwood Industries Ltd

Location: High Legh Cheshire

Position: Part Time

Based in the heart of Cheshire, Beechwood Industries is an independently owned business which has been in operation since 2007.

Beechwood Industries delivers Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance and Arboricultural Services across the Northwest of England.

Beechwood Industries are now seeking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk /Receptionist, who has excellent knowledge of Sage.

Skills Required

:

Experiences Purchase Ledger Clerk

Good communication skills

Working to a monthly deadline

The ability to use your own initiative

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT literate on Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc

An enthusiastic can-do attitude, great self-motivation

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Purchase ledger. Inc PO numbers, invoices and inputting onto Sage

Booking training courses General Admin duties. Reception Duties

Benefits:

Salary - 26,500 - 29,000 (pro rata)
