Job Description

Reliable Recruit are working with a leading manufacturing company to hire a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to work out of their site in Rochdale.

The work will involve:

Recording sales transactions and issuing customer invoices Invoice processing, including correct authorisation, coding and allocation Dealing with customer and supplier queries as required Customer account and supplier statement reconciliation Credit control, ensuring timely collections and chasing overdue payments Maintain accurate records to meet audit requirements

The working times and pay:

Monday to Friday Monthly salary 24,420 to 27,000 per annum dependent on experience

Skills & Experience Needed:

Accuracy and attention to detail Strong time management and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills essential Familiarity with Sage accounting software.
