Job Description

We are looking for a purchase ledger clerk with experience of working on Sage, experience of reconciling statements and passing invoices is essential, working within the accounts team in a busy freight company.

Duties:

Inputting and passing supplier Invoices on inhouse software and Sage Reconciling Supplier Statements Dealing with invoice queries efficiently Processing Order Numbers Opening and distributing post every morning Liaising with suppliers Working to month end deadlines Preparing for BACs runs Online Banking Basic admin duties and ad hoc work

Pay: 27,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
