Hours: 32 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 1 day from home (after initial training)
Robert Half Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Temporary Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business based in Hardley, Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and check Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and compliance.
Perform purchase ledger duties, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks when required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.
Use SAGE accounting software for day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in purchase ledger is essential.
Familiarity with SAGE is highly desirable.
Some exposure to Accounts Receivable would be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
