Job Overview

:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to work as part of our purchase ledger team to ensure that all financial transactions with suppliers are accurate, timely, and compliant with good practice, and that the experience for suppliers dealing with us is friendly and positive.

Main Duties

:

To maintain the purchase ledger ensuring that invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner. Process purchase invoices through SAP. Process purchase invoices through Protean. Maintain supplier accounts on SAP. Deal with supplier queries. Prepare payment runs on SAP Maintain and pay employee expenses twice a month. Assist with the processing of employee credit cards. Assist with the preparation of monthly management account information. Carry out any administrative jobs as required - filing, photocopying etc Carry out any other duties as required by your Manager or the Directors.

Requirements:



GCSE English Grade A-C/GCSE Maths Grade A-C or equivalent Previous experience using SAP Strong excel experience Attention to detail and accuracy in systems. Enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Confident with mental arithmetic Ability to work to deadlines

Desirable:



Working towards AAT Level 2 Accounting.

Working Hours:



8:30am - 16:30pm Monday - Thursday

8:30am- 16:00pm Friday
