Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).
Salary:
Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
You will receive training to enable you to:
To register a large quantity of invoices 100+ per day.
Post invoices to match the GRNI.
To ensure invoices are referred to the correct manager for authorisation.
To carry out checks on supplier bank details to make sure they are correct.
File statements
Input and post Paccar Invoices
To maintain our Parts Suppliers list
Reception cover as required.
Perform any ad hoc duties within the finance department.
Ideally, we are looking for:
Previous experience in the Purchase Ledger Clerk role an advantage but not necessary
Keyloop experience desirable but not necessary
Self-motivated.

Ability to communicate.
