Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Accounts Administrator



Salary up to 29,120pa




Birmingham based, hybrid working available

Due to continued growth, we have had a fantastic opportunity arise for a Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Accounts Administrator to join our finance team.


Reporting to the Account Office Manager,

your duties will include:




Invoice runs Order amendments Credit checks Opening new customer accounts Processing directs Part-time credit control Inputting purchase invoices

Essentials for the job:




Previous Accounts experience is essential - preferably covering both purchase ledger and credit control. Demonstrable experience of self-motivation when working to deadlines that require accuracy. Good IT skills - including Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial - Sage 500 would be excellent. Fantastic communication skills.
