We are a fast-growing, global organisation on the lookout for a Purchase Ledger to join our dynamic finance team. If you're detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing...




Supporting our Transactions Manager, you'll be managing the day to day purchases of the group including purchase order management, carrying out supplier statement reconciliations, invoice matching and providing general administrative support to the Finance function.


You'll also be involved in month end tasks such as prepayments, accruals, making supplier payments and reconciling bank transactions. You'll be responsible for ensuring our PO processes are adhered to, and will build great relationships with stakeholders across the business; guiding them through our purchasing processes.

Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role, ideally 1-2 years. As we're a global organisation, prior multi currency experience is essential If you have started your AAT studies / hold an AAT qualification this is highly beneficial You have a high level of attention to detail, and are super accurate - you don't miss a thing! You thrive in a fast paced, busy environment and are able to work to timescales You have exceptional communication skills and are confident on the phone You're a team player and always ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to get the job done
