Spice Glen Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations. The successful candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of Indian, Asian, and general grocery stock to maintain smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products at competitive rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and handle any supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain purchase records and assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Coordinate with store managers and accounts for stock and invoice accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, import, and VAT regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of Asian/Indian grocery products preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers.

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
