. The role will offer a temporary contract, initially for 6 months with potential to extend to 12 months.
About
As a
Purchase to Pay Associate
, you'll be the key link between internal teams, suppliers, and the P2P systems. You'll provide expert-level support, drive process improvements, and help ensure seamless purchasing operations across the UK business. This role will suit someone with strong systems (ideally SAP and Ariba) experience who enjoys problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Delivering education and training to the end-user community
Actively reviewing and improving P2P processes
Managing Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order conversions in SAP systems
Handling the generic P2P email inbox as the main communication channel for internal and supplier end-users
Requirements
Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or P2P role, preferably using SAP and/or Ariba
Strong working knowledge of SAP (ECC6 and S4) and purchasing platforms such as K2 and Ariba
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
