Purchasing Administrator
to join our team and support our workshop and installation operations.
The Role
As Purchasing Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our production and supply chain. You'll be responsible for sourcing and ordering appliances, kitchen components, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Will work closely with our operations manager and delivery team to ensure scheduling is kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Raise and process purchase orders for appliances, paint, and other kitchen components
Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
Monitor stock levels and forecast material needs such as handles for current and upcoming projects
Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes
Maintain accurate records in our purchasing and inventory systems
Support the workshop and design teams with queries and product sourcing
Assist with cost analysis and supplier performance reviews
Ensure all purchasing activity aligns with company budgets and project timelines
Schedule in client's deliveries, liaising with operations and delivery team.
About You
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration industry preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
Competent using Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory software
Proactive, reliable, and able to prioritise in a busy, hands-on environment
