Rate of pay: xc2xa312.60PH
Full time, Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Can be flexible if required.
Your Role:
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the purchasing department. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in documentation
Maintaining and updating systems
Handling queries via telephone and email
Liaising with various stakeholders and other departments
Use of MS packages, particularly Excel
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Excel
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in a purchasing is desirable
