We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us, to provide consistently high standards of administrative and organisational support to the Procurement Manager, and wider Accounts team. You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive team, where a great attitude is everything!
Duties
Obtain quotes and place orders, based on requisition requests.
Co-ordinate new supplier set up.
Be the main point of contact for supplier evaluation.
Input data, records and updates to the company integrated management system (IMS) as required, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Act as main point of contact for, and administer all travel bookings and amendments - national & international.
Provide day to day administrative support the wider accounts and finance team.
Skills
Fluent spoken and written English.
Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to stay calm and focused when working in a time pressured environment.
Comfortable working in an environment with regularly and rapidly changing priorities, and demonstrating a strong level of personal resilience.
A team player with a can-do attitude
Attention to detail, and to work at pace with a high level of accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Office and subject related platforms
Ability to be responsive and to multitask.
