We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused
Purchasing, Quality & Health & Safety Administrator
to support our operational excellence across procurement, quality assurance, and workplace safety. This is a key administrative role that ensures compliance, efficiency, and safety in our aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:Purchasing:
Raise and manage purchase orders for materials, components, and services.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues.
Maintain supplier records, pricing, and performance data.
Monitor stock levels and support production planning.
Quality:
Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports and certificates of conformity.
Assist with the data collection for non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain calibration records and quality control logs.
Health & Safety:
Support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain H&S documentation, including risk assessments, COSHH records, and training logs.
Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
Coordinate H&S training and ensure employee certifications are up to date.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role within purchasing, quality, or health & safety.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or H&S standards (e.g., ISO 45001) is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 07:30 - 16:30, Fri 07:30 - 13:00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
