Oxclose Community Academy, part of Laidlaw Schools Trust, are seeking a
Purchasing and HR Officer
to take responsibility for managing day-to-day procurement and human resources administration within our busy school environment.
This is a fixed term contract position covering maternity leave until 31 August 2026.
The Purchasing and HR Officer supports the smooth running of school operations by managing procurement activities and supporting human resource functions. This dual role ensures the effective sourcing of goods and services, while also maintaining accurate and compliant HR records for staff.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in purchasing or finance or HR administration role
Strong administrative, organisational, and IT skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
A professional, discreet, and approachable manner.
