About the Team The TikTok Consumer Marketing team is a diverse group of innovative and passionate professionals driven by creativity and collaboration. We're looking for a highly organized, independent Strategy Manager to develop and execute our user communications strategy. About the Role The Strategy Manager will support the User Communications Strategy team to ensure our users receive timely, valuable communication. In this role, you'll create and execute scaled communication strategies through push notifications, in-app messages and additional communication channels for TikTok users in the EMEA region. You must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities, defining processes, executing with precision, and succeeding in a complex and fast-paced environment. This role will liaise with Marketing and Communications, Analytics, and Product teams. Responsibilities - Develop and execute user communication strategies across push notifications, in-app messaging, and other owned channels to drive user engagement, retention, and platform affinity. - Translate global marketing priorities into localized communication plans that resonate with users across diverse EMEA markets, leveraging insights and trends - Build and manage content calendars and campaign timelines in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. - Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including message development, segmentation, QA, scheduling, and performance tracking. - Create and adapt high-quality campaign messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to a consistent user experience. - Develop A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps to optimize communication effectiveness, personalization, and timing. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Communications, Data Analytics, and Product teams, to ensure alignment across strategy and execution. - Analyze campaign performance using measurement frameworks to extract actionable insights and improve future messaging strategies. - Apply trends, campaign data, and platform performance metrics to optimise communications and inform campaign planning support where applicable. - Maintain cultural relevance and market sensitivity, ensuring communication is aligned with local language and trends across EMEA.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications - At least 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, lifecycle/CRM marketing, digital communications, brand marketing or advertising agency experience, in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with campaign management workflows and ability to manage multiple projects independently while ensuring alignment with timeline, quality, and performance standards. - Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; experience developing messaging content and collaborating on creative materials. - Strong analytical and executional skills, with experience applying insights and measurement principles to continuously improve campaign performance. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on projects involving cross-functional team collaboration. - Excellent project management and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail. - Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization - Passionate about entertainment and digital content; knowledge of the media landscape and major trends in the industry - Solid understanding of TikTok user experience
