: Quality Assistant

Salary:

Starting from 25,400 - depending on experience

About the Role:

As a Quality Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards. You'll be involved in everything from first impression checks to QA batch releases, ensuring our products meet customer requirements. You'll also handle supplier complaints, participate in audits, and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with internal and external audits (BRC and ISO standards). Ensure customer requirements are met from a QA perspective. Release QA batches in line with customer-specific/QMS requirements. Collaborate with technical and production teams to resolve quality issues. Participate in customer audits and set standards for quality. Perform in-house testing to maintain quality standards. Write QA-related reports and act as a catalyst for change and improvement. Liaise with the Compliance/QHSE Officer to ensure QMS conformity.

About You:

You'll have excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and customer care skills. Good numerical skills and understanding of statistics. Effective report writing and negotiation skills. Analytical abilities to grasp key points from complex details. Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies. Basic knowledge of applicable software (Tharstern).
