Job Summary


We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they are shipped to customers. This position involves working closely with warehouse operations, utilising various skills in materials handling, and maintaining accurate records within our warehouse management system.

Responsibilities



Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Ability to drive compnay vans Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively. Perform picking and packing of products, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment. Goodin check and goods out check. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet quality specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, promoting safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality. Document quality assurance findings and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Requirements



Previous experience in working in pharamceutical company is essential, with a strong understanding of materials pharamceutical procedures. Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge or experience in construction is beneficial for understanding product specifications. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, with a focus on safety practices. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate records. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
