Job Description

As a Technical Automation Engineer, you will directly report to the QA Lead, who directly reports to the VP of Engineering in Development. Your role is to drive improvements in quality within your scrum team, applying your knowledge of testing techniques, tooling and approaches.

- Providing hands-on assistance on all features and defect resolutions
- Reproduce defects and support the team with exploratory and automated test efforts
- Proactively monitor quality trends and introduce safeguards ahead of time
- Creating a high-level quality strategy against roadmaps.
- A passion for software engineering processes applied to a quality assurance role
- Requirements analysis, Test planning, Test case design, Test executing, Test reporting, Bug entry and tracking
- Technical testing knowledge in Excel, SQL, APIs, JSON, XML
- Other technical knowledge is desired in C#, .NET, Angular
- Experience working in an agile or scrum environment
